Customer had an old septic tank behind her home that needed to be replaced. Since that tank was installed, the city added sewer service. Customer had been paying for city sewer all the years prior, without actually connecting to it. We removed the old connection to the septic tank, filled the tank with gravel after it was pumped. Then we ran a brand new sewer line to the tap on the city side. Now she will enjoy reliable sewer service without the constant backups.
