Gas Line Installation across the Nashville metro
Sized for What You are Actually Running
Every appliance on a gas system draws a certain volume, and the line has to be sized for all of them running at once, not just the new one. Adding a range to a line that was marginal already is how you end up with appliances that underperform for reasons nobody can explain.
We work out the load, size the run, and pull the permit. Gas work is inspected work, and that inspection is the only independent confirmation the job was done to code.
What We Install
Ranges and cooktops, outdoor grills and kitchens, fire pits, pool and spa heaters, gas dryers, generators, tankless water heaters, and commercial equipment. If it burns gas and needs a line run to it, that is the job.

Common Questions
Do I need a permit to add a gas line?
Almost always, and that is a good thing. Permitted work gets inspected, which is your independent check that the line was sized, joined and pressure tested correctly. We pull the permit and handle the inspection as part of the job.
Can you run a line to my outdoor kitchen or fire pit?
Yes, that is one of the more common installs we do. Outdoor runs need the right material for burial and exposure, and a shutoff at the appliance. We size for whatever you are putting out there, including if you plan to add to it later.
Will adding an appliance affect the ones I already have?
It can, which is why the load calculation matters. If the existing line is already near capacity, adding a range or a tankless heater can leave everything performing poorly. We check the whole system rather than just running a new branch off it.
What drives the cost of a gas line installation?
The length of the run, whether it goes through finished space or open crawlspace, the size required for the appliance load, and permit and inspection fees. We look at the route on site and give you a fixed price before starting.
Do you install lines for tankless water heaters?
Yes, and it is worth flagging: tankless units draw considerably more gas than a tank heater while running, so converting usually means upsizing the supply. That is part of what makes a tankless conversion more involved than swapping a tank.
More on how we price our work, including why we quote a fixed price instead of charging by the hour.
